<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND HEARINGS <br /> <br />WINDWARD PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the Windward <br />Planning Commission of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 <br />and 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes, Section 6-4.3 of the Charter of the County of Hawaii, and the <br />Planning Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. <br />DATE: <br /> Thursday, July 8, 2010 <br />TIME: <br /> 9:00 a.m. <br />PLACE: <br /> County of Hawaii Aupuni Center Conference Room <br />101 Pauahi Street, Hilo, HI 96720 <br />NEW BUSINESS – 9:00 a.m. <br />APPLICANT: STEPHANIE DULLUM (REZ-10-121) <br />1. <br />Change of Zone from an Agricultural 40-acre (A-40a) to an Agricultural 10-acre (A-10a) <br />district for 71.178 acres of land. The property is located along the makai (north) side of <br />the Hawaii Belt Road near the 44-mile marker, approximately 0.5 mile east of the <br />entrance to Camp Honokaia (Boy Scout Camp), Kawela, Hamakua, Hawaii, <br />TMK: 4-6-011: 039. <br />APPLICANT: HNMP, LLC – PAUL OGASAWARA, MANAGER (REZ 698) <br />2. <br /> Amendment to Condition B of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 03-111 (REZ 698), which <br />rezoned 4.901 acres of land from an Agricultural-1 acre (A-1a) to a Neighborhood <br />Commercial (CN-20) zoned district. The request is for a 5-year time extension to <br />complete construction of the proposed Woodland Center commercial development.
