The property is located on the east side of Paniolo Avenue, <br />approximately 130 feet south of the Paniolo Avenue – Hooko Street intersection, <br />Waikoloa Village Subdivision, Waikoloa, South Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: 6-8-18:36. <br />APPLICANTS: DR. JOSEPH ALBAN AND DEEPA ALBAN (SPP 08-000051) <br />2. <br />Special Permit to allow the establishment of educational agricultural tours and an <br />accessory retail gift shop/café within a portion of an existing coffee processing facility on <br />two acres of a 10-acre parcel of land situated within the State Land Use Agricultural <br />District. COMMERCE ENTERPRISES CORPORATION <br />3. <br /> (SMA 08-000027) <br />Special Management Area Use Permit to allow the construction of an approximately <br />2,000 lineal feet pedestrian path and landscaping. The properties involved are a part of <br />the Pahoa Beach Estates Subdivision located along the western banks of Waipiele Gulch, <br />Pahoa, North Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: 5-5-8:66 and 67. <br /> <br />
