(USE 08-000008) Use Permit to allow the establishment of a church and related improvements on approximately 1.706 acres of land within the Single-Family Residential 10,000-square foot (RS-10) district. The property is located on the east side of Paniolo Avenue, approximately 130 feet south of the Paniolo Avenue – Hooko Street intersection, Waikoloa Village Subdivision, Waikoloa, South Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: 6-8-18:36. APPLICANTS: DR. JOSEPH ALBAN AND DEEPA ALBAN (SPP 08-000051) 2. (SMA 08-000027) Special Management Area Use Permit to allow the construction of an approximately 2,000 lineal feet pedestrian path and landscaping. The properties involved are a part of the Pahoa Beach Estates Subdivision located along the western banks of Waipiele Gulch, Pahoa, North Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: 5-5-8:66 and 67.
