This time though, the rules will be amended to include that the $25 permit fee will be waived for all <br />state residents and members of the armed forces. You can find the revised rules and rest of our submittal at <br />https://dlnr.hawaii.gov/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/F-2.pdf. The specific changes pertaining to the waiving of permit <br />fees can be found on page 31/93 under §13-75-12.4 Lay net.
