Our next application is a Special Permit to allow a 1-bedroom bed and <br />breakfast within an existing 4-bedroom dwelling. The applicants are Richard and Cindy Vogel. <br />The application is, or the request is located within the Puna district.More specifically we’re <br />looking at the Leilani Estates Subdivision. Pahoa would be located just north of the subdivision. <br />You would be traveling on the Kalapana-Kaimu Road to the entrance of the subdivision.
