<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I <br />MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 6, 2008 <br />The Planning Commission met in regular session at 9:17 a.m. in the Aupuni Center Conference <br />Room, 101 Pauahi Street, Hilo, Hawaii with First Vice-Chairman Rell Woodward presiding. <br />PRESENT: Rell Woodward ABSENT & EXCUSED: Rodney Watanabe <br /> C. The Chair then explained the procedures the <br />Commission will be following today. <br />REZ 08-000081 The Commission took this item up at 9:18 a.m. with <br />SONOMURA approximately 16 people from the public in attendance. <br />RENTALS, LLC <br />WAIAKEA, <br />SOUTH HILO <br />APPLICANT: SONOMURA RENTALS, LLC (REZ 08-000081) <br />a. State Land Use Boundary Amendment from Agricultural to Urban for 6.3 acres of <br />land. <br />b.
