MIRANDAapproximately 6 people from the public in attendance. <br />KAPOAULA, <br />HAMAKUA <br />SPECIAL PERMIT NO. 05-009 (APPLICANT: MELVIN W. MIRANDA) <br />Revocation of Special Permit No. 05-009 granted on August 18, 2005 which allowed the <br />establishment of a contractor’s base yard on approximately one acre of land situated in the State <br />Land Use Agricultural District.The property is located along the north (makai) side of the <br />Hawaii Belt Highway (Highway 19) at approximately the 47.5-mile marker, Kapoaula, <br />Hamakua, Hawaii, TMK: 4-7-7: portion of 55. <br />(SEE EXHIBIT A) <br />RECESSED The Chair called a short recess at 10:22 a.m. <br />RECONVENED The meeting reconvened at 10:34 a.m. <br />USE 07-000006 The Commission took this item up at10:34 a.m. with <br />HOSPICE OF HILOapproximately 18 people from the public in attendance. <br />WAIAKEA, <br />SOUTH HILO <br /> <br />
