Action Committee Meeting Schedule – The Action Committee will discuss the 2. schedule of meetings for the rest of the year. NEW BUSINESS Public Access, Open Space & Natural Resources Preservation 1. Commission. A Public Access, Open Space & Natural Resources Preservation Commissioner shall provide the Action Committee with a brief presentation about the Commission and solicit suggestions. The Action Committee will discuss and make recommendations as appropriate. Village Design Guidelines. 2.Planning Department staff will provide the Action Committee with an update of the current status of the Calibration of the Village Design Guidelines from the Kona Community Development Plan. The Action Committee will continue the review and discussion and will take action and make recommendations to the Planning Director regarding the draft Village Design Guidelines as calibrated by PlaceMakers, LLC.
