McCauley, Bruce Wilkes and Greg Hendrickson <br /> <br />Chair Coats welcomed those in attendance, and the Commissioners introduced themselves. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br />None. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />1.Design review of asign permit application for Maryl Realty, Inc. dba Coldwell Bank <br /> <br />Maryl Realty. Applicant: Bud Norwood of Maryl Realty, Inc. dba Coldwell Banker. <br />Land Owner: A.R.B.P. LLC; Bohnenkamp, Barbara J. TR; Rapoza, Clarence S. TR; <br />Viloria, Julie Ann TRST. TMK: 7-5-004:058. Located at 75-1000 Henry Street, Suite <br />203, Kailua-Kona, HawaiÒi, at the intersection of Henry Street and Queen KaÒahumanu <br />Highway. <br /> <br />Ms. Newlon oriented the Commissioners regarding the subject and surrounding <br />properties on the location map, and described the proposed wall sign. She said that the <br />applicant is aware that the proposed sign will require a variance because of the letter <br />height and the overall size that exceed what is permitted by the <br />Borders, the tenant who occupies the ground floor of the building, went through the same <br />process and obtained a variance for their large wall sign. <br /> <br />The applicant, Bud Norwood, was in attendance. <br />1 <br /> <br />
