However, I ask that the Leeward Planning Commission <br /> specifically clarify that the gravel used to surface the parking stalls and access road is not to be <br /> produced using a rock crusher on the property. <br /> The homeowners of Pualani Estates have previously suffered the fallout of Bolton producing <br /> gravel near our properties. The Commission is reminded that the Boltons previously used an <br /> onsite flood control improvement as a pretext for commercial crushing of rocks that were used <br /> at offsite locations.
