The town of Waimea is currently over- <br /> congested with traffic, commercial development of agricultural land will only create more <br /> traffic that this small town of Waimea is not built for. No by-pass has been allowed, so <br /> therefor further commercial development should be restricted. <br /> The town of Waimea is currently a dangerous place to drive due to the fact that we have a <br /> considerable amount of semi-truck drivers trying to make their way through this small little <br />
