Environmental soil samples necessary due to old building exposure(lead paint)and chlorinated insecticides <br /> Discovered on our property Sakamoto Building 2001 after purchase. <br /> Chlordane has a biological half-life over 200 years used frequently 1940-50's. <br /> Two road intersection location for any garden or planting agriculture project would be very dangerous due to <br /> contamination causing severe health risks. <br /> 2.Affordable Housing Shortage North Kohala <br /> Please designate affordable housing to public and Kohala Hospital medical staff also short term rentals for visiting <br /> nursing staff,Phase I CONTRUCTION before medical clinic completed. <br /> Currently we have long term affordable rentals in Sakamoto Building for all under$1,000 per month but are rarely <br /> available.We have no short term rentals available for hospital visiting nursing staff. <br /> 3.
