This misrepresentation of the property you will <br /> be discussing at the meeting is INTENTIONAL! It is biased and unfair treatment under the Ethics Code because the <br /> planning department staff has been notified on more than one occasion of their mistake in this agenda listing. A <br /> sunshine law lawsuit, Civil No. 3CCV-23-0000433,has been filed in Third Circuit Court,and I have conferred with <br /> the WPC's Deputy Corp.
