We have <br /> been coming to this condo complex for the past 5-6 years as guests and have always enjoyed <br /> the beauty and the serenity of what this sacred place offers. <br /> One of the main reasons we chose to purchase here in Punalu'u was just that...the peacefulness <br /> and quiet, serene, untouched natural Hawaiian land that speaks the Aloha Spirit of the Big <br /> Island. <br /> We would love to see the necessary improvements made for the condos and surrounding area <br /> to have a strong and safe infrastructure, such as water, sewer, and fire hydrants that are in <br /> good condition. <br /> We prefer NOT to add a large resort in this area, although adding some amenities such as a <br /> cafe or a small restaurant would be nice.
