Any development of this <br /> area should be community led. It is important to leave some areas of Hawai'i untouched or you <br /> risk losing the entire essence of what makes this place so special to so many people. An EIS <br /> would be the bare minimum to even discuss further development, but without the community's <br /> involvement, it will not move forward.
