If legally in use and/or grandfathered in and/or <br /> Hawaii resident living on site has a vacation rental by THEY MUST register that rental <br /> with the County and PAY GE, STATE & FEDERAL taxes on the rental. <br /> I believe visitors should stay in Resort and CV zoned areas and not where residents <br /> live. Visitors are safer with proper support services in Resort districts.
