Hueu <br />Into Lots 1-A to 1-E , Inclusive <br />at Waikoloa, South Kohala, Hawaii <br />TMK: 6-8-002: 031 (3rd Division) <br />Dear Ms. Leithead Todd: <br />Enclosed for your review and comment are ten (10) prints of the proposed subdivision of Lot 1. We <br />have enclosed a check in the amount of $ 375.00 for the subdivision application fee along with a letter <br />of authorization, Tax Clearance and Subdivision Application form signed by the owner. This application, <br />consists of dividing the property into five lots and is for the purpose of planning for the future expansion <br />of the church and church facilities. <br />This subdivision has water commitments available from the Department of Water Supply for this <br />Subdivision.
