It <br /> attracts visitors who frequent local businesses like mine, bringing vital economic activity to <br /> Honomu. <br /> Should the special permit be denied and the Hamakua Guesthouse be forced to close, it <br /> would have a significant negative impact on my cafe and other local businesses.
