Section 106 National Historic <br /> Preservation Act of 1966 (amended 2006) was initiated with the State Historic Preservation <br /> Officer (SHPO) for the subject project, and the CRC's participation in the Section 106 process is <br /> communicated by way of this letter. <br /> Contingent upon adherence to the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation, the CRC <br /> supported the proposed project and concurred with the Federal Highways Administration and <br /> SHPO's findings of 'no adverse effect' within the project's Area of Potential Effect (APE).
