I am sorry to further complicate things, but I feel like I must inform you of one <br /> last incident that occurred at the LPC hearing under review. At the end of the meeting,there <br /> was testimony coming into the record that was inaccurate and inappropriate, so I clicked on <br /> the "Raise Hand"function of the hearing website so that I could testify from the perspective of <br /> the Applicant. I also unmuted my microphone while raising my hand. Both functions were <br /> repeatedly turned off or7times by whomever was handling the meeting electronically,then I <br /> was without warning disconnected from the meeting! Having been treated during the hearing <br /> as if was a nuisance, and having my testimony cut short by the commissioner(s),this came as <br /> no big surprise, but it nonetheless was of serious concern for me.
