We <br />need to support our agriculture for the life blood of Hawaii. We have had to rely on the <br />mainland & other countries for our food supply. We need to become self sustaining. Since we <br />rely on tourism already we can make both work for the people of the islands. Stop with the <br />climate change that restricts peoples freedoms. This plan sucks.
