It feels very SHADY and brings <br /> feelings of CORRUPTION, and there are links that show our rights could be taken <br /> away if this General Plan is implemented. <br /> The 204S General Plan looks to want to do all of this: <br /> As you will see below the General Plan talks about "Clustering" us into "PUD" living <br /> through their TDR Program that will, "When the Government undertakes <br /> compulsory acquisition of individual land parcels for creating infrastructural <br /> projects... https://www.hdfc.com/blog//property-and-real- <br /> estate/transferable-development-rights-tdr-concept <br /> Page 79 <br /> 9.3 Zoning, subdivision, and other applicable ordinances shall provide for and protect <br /> open space areas. <br /> What does the county mean by "other applicable ordinances"?
