It therefore is obvious it is not written to help homeowners or farmers. <br /> ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: <br /> 1. The entire thing needs to be re-done by people who love people -- not profit, that is by <br /> people who work from the SPIRIT of the State Constitution section 5-7.5 regarding <br /> ALOHA SPIRIT. To quote: "Aloha" means mutual regard and affection and extends <br /> warmth in caring with no obligation in return.
