There <br /> would be no plan approval, parking requirements, no hours of <br /> operation, and no technical review by the County Department of Public <br /> Works, County Fire Department, County Water Department and/or <br /> the State Department of Health for compliance with current code and <br /> rule requirements. <br /> Adding the definition of "Event" without requiring a conditional use <br /> permit is wrong.
