Over the years, it has been overrun with trash, drug activity, and <br /> homelessness. Our community has endured multiple issues as a direct result, including: <br /> • A three-alarm fire caused by activity on the lot <br /> • The presence of hypodermic needles in our parking area <br /> • Repeated break-ins to our units <br /> • Homeless individuals sleeping or passed out on our property <br /> These ongoing problems negatively impact not only property values, but the well-being and <br /> sense of security of everyone who lives at or visits Casa De Emdeko. <br /> We strongly believe that responsible development of this site will transform it from a <br /> dangerous nuisance into a valued part of the neighborhood. A well-managed residential <br /> project will improve safety, aesthetics, and contribute to the local economy and housing <br /> supply. <br /> Thank you for your initiative in bringing this project forward.
