We wish you the very best for what the future holds. <br /> For the past 3 years we have heard from both of you regarding your <br /> interest in establishing a permanent residence on the Ninole property. <br /> We understand now that this is not likely to come to fruition in the <br /> near future. <br /> We have also learned about your interest in developing commercial <br /> agriculture on the Ninole property. There appears to be multiple <br /> challenges and constraints associated with using this particular piece <br /> of property for a commercial agriculture. It is possible a different <br /> piece of land on the island would be better suited for this. <br /> For us living in Ninole is a permanent plan except as any future health <br /> issues may preclude. Therefore, we are interested in purchasing your <br /> property in Ninole.
