Pursuant to Rule 8-1 1(d) of the Board of Appeals Rules of Practice and <br /> Procedures, 1 compiled a list of names and addresses of affected and/or nearby property owners as <br /> reflected by the Hawaii County Real Property Tax Office. A copy of that list is attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A". <br /> 3.
