Rosalind Newlon, NKCDP Project Manager will present the report. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />2) PUBLIC ACESS, OPEN SPACE & NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION (15 minutes) - Two <br />Public Access, Open Space & Natural Resources Preservation Commissioner shall provide the Action <br />Committee with a brief presentation about the Commission and solicit suggestions. The Action <br />Committee will discuss and make recommendations as appropriate. <br />3) KOHALA RANCH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (20 minutes) - Carl Bernhardt of the Kohala Ranch <br />Community Association will present information on commercial open ocean fish farms and specifically <br />the proposed Hawai‘i Oceanic Technology, Inc. project. <br />4) SUBCOMMITTEE STRUCTURE (20 minutes) - Discuss how to establish protocol for subcommittee <br />structure. <br /> <br />Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br /> <br />
