Rosalind Newlon, NKCDP Project Manager will present the report <br />2) REDISTRICTING REPORT (5 Minutes) –Report on the proposed redistricting that is performed every <br />10 years after the census is completed. <br />a. Joe Carvalho, NKCDP Chair and Redistricting Commissioner will present the report. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />3) <br />OPEN OCEAN FARMING AND IT’S RELATIONSHIP TO THE NKCDP (20 minutes) – The Action <br />Committee will discuss whether the goal of the NKCDP to protect coastal resources includes the <br />potential siting of open ocean farming. <br />4) PROPOSALS FOR INCLUSION IN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) BUDGET (20 minutes) <br />– The NKCDP AC will review CIP priorities from the NKCDP for development and proposal to the 2011- <br />2012 CIP budget. <br /> <br /> <br />Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br /> <br />
