Commissioner Henkel seconded the <br />motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> (None) <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 14, 2012 <br />Commissioner Namahoe moved to approve the regular session minutes.
