<br />Notes from Growth Management Subcommittee Meeting February 4, 2013 <br />Attendees: Jim Pedersen and Hermann Fernandez <br />The subcommittee reviewed the proposed Parcel Consolidation and Re- <br />subdivision (PCRS) by Surety Kohala Corp. located above Sunshine Hardware <br />and Fig’s Mixed Plate (TMKs 5-4-03-02. 5-4-03-19, and 5-4-03-21). The area <br />contains 14 pre-existing lots of record and will be reconfigured into 14 lots (Maps <br />included). <br />The growth management subcommittee did not have any objections to the <br />PCRS, but will continue to monitor the application as the agency reports come in <br />and the tentative approval letter is drafted. <br />Our next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2013 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm <br />at Surety’s office in Hawi. <br />
