They say they will <br />limit noise to 65 dba and note that State DOH allows 70 dba in Ag -zoned areas. Those who live near the PGV <br />plant will assure you that the State set the bar too high. I strongly recommend that they reduce their <br />allowable noise limits to 55 dba at the property line. After all, some of their events can go on until 9:30 pm, <br />and lots of people go to sleep earlier. Also, with some homes sited close to the SPACE property line, and <br />people trying to sleep with their windows open, 55 dba is not an unreasonable condition. If you play music at <br />55 dba you will see how loud that is. Certainly sufficient to the use. <br />mahalo, <br />Rene <br />
