Election of Chair and Vice Chair. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />1) REVIEW THE DRAFT PROCEDURES AND POLICIES FOR THE GROWTH <br />MANAGEMENT SUBCOMMITTEE (10 Minutes) — The Action Committee will discuss and <br />review the draft procedures and policies of the Growth Management Subcommittee and <br />forward them to the Planning Director for review and comment. <br />SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS <br />2) NKCDP AC SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS (30 minutes) — NKCDP AC members will report on <br />the recent activity of the subcommittees: <br />a. Growth Management — The subcommittee will report on land use applications <br />submitted to the Planning Department. <br />b.
