Talk story session with the AC to discuss projects <br />relevant to the PCDP that Council Member Kern is working on and to explore opportunities for <br />collaboration. <br />(30 min) <br />3. Communication No. 2013 -54: Geothermal Power Generation Amendment to the PCDP. <br />A draft amendment to the Puna CDP relating to the geothermal power generation in Puna will <br />be discussed by the AC. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />(30 min) <br />1. Communication No. 2013 -47: AC Comments to Planning Director Regarding Proposed <br />Amendments to Hawaii's Volcano Circus (HVC) Special Permit (SPP 1122).
