NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND HEARINGS WINDWARD PLANNING COMMISSION COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the Windward Planning Commission of the County of Hawai‘i in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, Section 6-7.5(a) of the Charter of the County of Hawai‘i, and the Planning Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. NEW BUSINESS – 9:00 a.m. 1.APPLICANTS: BAHMAN AND REBECCA HOVEIDA (SMA 13-053) Application for a Special Management Area Use Permit to allow the construction of a single- family dwelling and related improvements on 2.104 acres situated within the County’s Agricultural-20 acre (A-20a) zoning district and the Special Management Area (SMA). The property is located on the northeast (makai) side of the Hawai‘i Belt Road, approximately 330 feet north of the 16 mile-marker at Kamaee, North Hilo, Hawai‘i, TMK: 3-1-001:052. 2.APPLICANT: SANDRA KANESHIRO (formerly DR. CURTIS LEE) (REZ 981) Request for a 5-year extension of time to comply with Condition B (secure Final Plan Approval) of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 02-49 that changed the district classification from a Single Family Residential (RS-10) to General-Commercial (CG-20) zoning district for approximately 20,640 square feet of land.
