Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are <br />asked to submit a completed request form to the PCDP project manager prior to the completion of each <br />public testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length <br />per agenda item during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately <br />prior to an agenda item, subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting on November 12, 2013. (5 min) <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Introduction of New AC Members. (10 min) <br />2. AC Member Subcommittee Assignments. Due to changes in the AC membership changes to <br />subcommittee assignments will be considered. (10 min) <br />3. Communication No. 2013 -67: Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee <br />( CERSC). Report on activities of the CERSC since their last meeting. (5 min) <br />4. Mass Transit Subcommittee Report. Marty Mimmack will update the AC on the activities of <br />the subcommittee. (5 min) <br />5. Communication No. 2013 -68: Comments on Souza Change of Zone Application. The AC <br />will consider a letter from the Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan Subcommittee providing <br />comments to the Planning Director on the applications submitted by Jerry Souza to amend the <br />State Land Use Boundary Amendment (SLU 13 -39) from Agricultural to Urban and Change of <br />Zone (REZ 13 -171) from A -1 a to CV -20.
