The following persons were present: <br />Action Committee: Madie Greene, Patti Pinto, June Conant, Oshi Simsarian, Sharon Daun, Dan <br />Taylor, Farris Etterlee, Keikialoha Kekipi and Rene Siracusa. <br />Staff. Larry Brown, PCDP Project Manager <br />Members of the public: 6 <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA - None <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Larry presented Certificates of Appreciation from Mayor Kenoi to Dan Taylor, Madie Greene <br />and Keikialoha Kekipi acknowledging their four years of service on the Puna CDP Action <br />Committee. <br />2. Pattie reminded the members of the social get- together at her house on Sunday, November 17 <br />to bid farewell to Dan, Madie and Keiki. <br />PUBLIC TESTIMONY <br />1. Stephanie Bath testifying on the minutes of the October 8 meeting stated that her testimony at <br />that meeting included a request that the AC include a 2014 -15 CIP Budget request to conduct a <br />feasibility study for connecting mauka subdivisions and did not include mauka -makai <br />references as indicated in the minutes. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Rene moved to approve the minutes of the October 8, 2013 meeting as submitted with the <br />corrections shown in red. Second by June. Motion passed with 8 votes aye and 1 abstain <br />(Keiki). <br />Hawai `i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
