The letter was approved from <br /> transmittal to MTA via Planning by the PCDP Action Committee at their meeting on May, 13, <br /> 2014. <br /> As you may know, Section 16-6 of the Hawai`i County Code talks about the roles and <br /> responsibilities of CDP action committees.
