The property is located on the mauka side of <br />Hawai‘i Belt Road, between Hawai‘i Belt Road and Old Māmalahoa Highway, <br />approximately 0.7 miles east of the Mud Lane–Hawai‘i Belt Road intersection and between <br />Mile Marker 51 and 52, Kapoaula, Kamoku, Hamakua, Hawai‘i, TMK: 4-7-007:042. <br /> <br />Postponed to the November meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />2.APPLICANT: MARK G. (SPP 14-168) <br />Application for a Special Permit to allow the establishment of a dental clinic within an <br />existing 4-bedroom single family dwelling located on a 1.131-acre parcel situated within the <br />State Land Use Agricultural District. The subject property is located along the west (mauka) <br />side of the Volcano Highway (Hwy 11), 1/3-mile south of Mile Marker 19 in Mt. View, <br />Puna, Hawai’i, TMK: 1-8-021: 029. <br /> <br />Approved with conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />4.INITIATOR: COUNTY COUNCIL (Bill No. 266) <br />County Council Bill No. 266 amending Chapter 23, Article 4, Section 23-58 and Article 5, <br />Section 23-68 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), relating to <br />submission of the preliminary plat and final plat for an application for subdivision.
