<br />LEEWARD PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ACTIONS <br />DECEMBER 18, 2014 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1.INITIATOR: COUNTY COUNCIL (Bill No. 281) <br />County Council Bill No. 281 amending Chapter 25, Article 6, Division 1 and Article 5 of the <br />Hawai‛i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) relating to Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD). The purpose of these proposed amendments is to require review and <br />approval of a PUD by that Planning Commission that holds jurisdiction over that area <br />containing the property for which the application is sought. <br /> <br />FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION, WITH QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of the November 20, 2014 meeting: <br />APPROVED <br />
