Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br />submit a completed request form to the Puna CDP project manager prior to the completion of each public <br />testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item <br />during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting on January 13, 2015. (5 min) <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Communication No. 2015 -8 - Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee <br />(CERS): Marlene Hapai will report on the activities of the subcommittee. The report consists <br />of general subcommittee topics including the following: <br />- Discussion of Priorities with new lava flow challenges: subcommittee's discussion on <br />increased traffic to Highway 11 via Chain of Craters Road if lava closes Highway 130; and <br />- Discussion of Informational meeting with Department of Public Works: subcommittee <br />presented the May 13, 2014 Connectivity Locations Priority Report to DPW staff for <br />review in preparation for their annual priority report. (10 min) <br />2. Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan Subcommittee (PRTCPSC): Mark Hinshaw will report <br />on the activities of the subcommittee. (10 min) <br />3. Volcano Long Range Plan Subcommittee (VLRP): Members of the VLRP will report on the <br />activities of the subcommittee.
