REPORT TO A.C. DECEMBER 2014 PARKS,WATER & ROADS <br />Our sub -committee's regularly scheduled meeting is on the last Tuesday of the <br />month. In order to comply with the request regarding the December 161h date for <br />sub -committee reports I am attaching our November minutes and providing the <br />following updates. We are finalizing our letter to Pratt Rd. landowners(see minutes <br />re: their concerns). We will meet on December 301h to do a final (hopefully) edit and <br />send the letter out in the first few weeks of January 2015. <br />Please find below the minutes of our November 2014 Meeting. <br />ATTENDANCE: John Winter,Toni Withington, Keone McKillop,Andi <br />Longpre(minutes by Andi) <br />We met to review the letter we propose to send to the landowners on Pratt Rd. This <br />letter is in accord with the CDP Strategy 4.6: Improve Existing Roadway System and <br />Create Emergency ByPass Roads. (Pg 79 ) <br />Keoni McKillop identified the concerns of many of the landowners. Their concerns <br />are that by allowing greater access there would be drug use and illegal dumping. <br />We reviewed the proposed letter to identify what measures can be implemented to <br />allay their concerns. <br />NEXT MEETING DECEMBER 30,2014 @ 5 p.m. @ Seniors Ctr. <br />
