<br />PARKS, WATER & ROADS SUB-COMMITTEE MINUTES OF January 27,2015 <br />MEETING <br /> <br /> Attendance: John Winter, Toni Withington, Carter Collins, Andi Longpre (minutes <br />by Andi) <br /> <br />CHANGE OF MEETING DAY : In order to ensure that Faye Yates can attend we have <br />changed our meeting day to the last Wednesday of each month. Faye has other <br />obligations and has not been able to attend our meetings. Andi will notify KMN to <br />change the calendar. KMN responded that it was too late to put the information in <br />for the February meeting but it will appear in time for the March meeting. <br /> <br />WATER BOARD: John reported that he had attended the November meeting and <br />that our Subcommittee’s report re: water supply in North Kohala is now part of the <br />public record. <br /> <br />PRATT ROAD LETTER: We agreed on the final wording of the letter to landowners. <br />John and Andi will get the letter out. The letter to the 25 landowners was mailed out <br />on January 31. The letter includes a stamped envelope addressed to the Sub- <br />st <br />committee. We hope to have responses to the options suggested re: NKCDP <br />Strategy 4.4 pg 76. <br /> <br />NEXT MEETING: TUESDAY February 24,2015;5 p.m. at Senior Ctr. <br />
