The property is located along the ocean (makai) side of Akoni Pule <br />Highway just north of Kawaihae Harbor, South Kohala, Hawai‘i, TMK: 6-1-003:015. <br /> <br />APPROVED. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3.APPLICANT: ALII BEACH ESTATES III CONDOMINIUM LOT OWNERS (SMA 314) <br />Amendment to Condition No. 3 (time to complete construction of three remaining dwellings) <br />of Special Management Area Use Permit No. 314, which allowed the construction of six <br />single-family residential units and related improvements within the Special Management <br />Area (SMA). The property is located approximately 450 feet southeast (Keauhou side) of <br />stnd <br />Kahakai Elementary School, Holualoa 1 and 2, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-6-17: 006. <br /> <br />APPROVED WITH FURTHER AMENDED CONDITIONS. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4.APPLICANT: RT’S SERVICE, LLC (Amend SPP 1247) <br />Request to amend Special Permit No. 1247 by deleting Condition 2 (life of the permit), <br />Condition 6 (increasing days and hours of operation), and increasing the number of stored <br />vehicles. Special Permit No. 1247 was issued in 2004 to allow office and storage uses for <br />investigative/collection services, a towing service, and short term parking for repossessed or <br />disabled vehicles on approximately 14,273 square feet of land in the State Land Use <br />Agricultural District.
