REORGANIZING EFFORTS OF AG SUB COMMITTEE <br />Contacted people on the "NK Know Your Farmer Directory" and asked them to <br />answer a short questionnaire on the 50% Food Sustainability. <br />Attended Waimea CDP mtg. on Mon. Aug 24th to see what they're doing <br />2. DIVERSIFIED AND SUSTAINABLE AG REPORT (Strategy 1.4 - NKCDP) <br />Went over the goal, what it entails. Will report on plan. <br />3. RECENT LEGISLATURE PERMITTED AG PRODUCTIVITY <br />Group decided to Research Bill, contact people who introduced and opposed <br />the bill and inquired of their reasons for or against the Bill. <br />Will report on findings. <br />
