<br /> <br />WINDWARD PLANNING COMMISSION <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I <br />ACTIONS <br />DECEMBER 3, 2015 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1.APPLICANT: MARK FROST (SPP 15-184) <br />Application for a Special Permit to allow the establishment of a five-bedroom bed and <br />breakfast operation within two detached two-bedroom suites and one one-bedroom guest <br />house on a portion of a 6.025-acre property situated within the State Land Use Agricultural <br />District. The property is located at 14-4838 Kapoho Beach Road. It is located the southwest <br />corner at the intersection of Kapoho Beach Road and Ililani Street, Kapoho, Puna, Hawai‘i, <br />TMK: 1-4-072:001. <br /> <br />Approved with conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />2.APPLICANT: SIDNEY T. MIZUKAMI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST (SPP 09-96) <br />Amendment to Special Permit No. 09-000096 to allow for a 10-year extension to the life of <br />permit to allow for the continued use of the property and existing agricultural building for the <br />parking, deployment and storing of equipment and materials associated with a <br />telecommunications cable installation business located in the Wainaku Farms Subdivision, <br />approximately 650 feet south of the intersection of Kulana Kea Drive and Kaohu Lehua <br />Place, Wainaku, South Hilo, Hawaiʽi, TMK: 2-6-032:015. <br /> <br />Continued to a future meeting. <br /> <br />APPLICANT: GTP ACQUISITION PARTNERS II, LLC (USE 15-058) <br />3. <br />Application for an after-the-fact Use Permit to allow the continued operation of a <br />telecommunication facility, consisting of a 200-foot tall steel guy-wired tower and adjacent <br />40-foot tall steel guy-wired tower with antennas and related facilities within a 3,580-square <br />foot portion of a 11,312-acre parcel situated in the State Land Use Agricultural district and <br />the County’s Agricultural 20-acre (A-20a) zoning district. The project site is located about <br />3,550 feet west of South Point Road, approximately 2.3 miles south of the Kamā‘oa Road – <br />South Point Road intersection, Pākini iki ahupua‘a, Ka‘ū, Hawai‘i, TMK: 9-3-001:Por. 006. <br /> <br />This application was withdrawn. <br /> <br /> <br />4.APPLICANT: CCTMO, LLC (USE 15-057) <br />Application for a Use Permit to allow for the construction of a new telecommunication <br />facility, including a 150-foot tall steel lattice tower with 12 panel antennas with remote radio <br />units and microwave dish antennas and related facilities within a 10,000 square-foot portion <br />of a 2-acre parcel situated in the County’s Agricultural 1-acre (A-1a) zoning district. The <br />affected property is situated at the southeast corner of Palm Parkway and Reef Circle Mauka <br />within the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Subdivision, Ka‘ū, Hawai‘i, TMK: 9-2-062:054. <br /> <br />Approved with conditions. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
