Communication No. 2016 -1 <br />PCDP Subcommittee on Connectivity and Emergency Response <br />Meeting — November 24, 2015 Keaau Community Center <br />5:00 p.m. <br />MINUTES <br />Call to Order: 5:00 p.m. <br />Call for Approval of Minutes as Circulated (November 24, 2015) <br />Present: Patti Pinto, Farris Etterlee, June Conant, Russ Owens, Marlene Hapai, Chair <br />Old Business: <br />• Update on Ad hoc Committee initiated by Gregor Ilagan <br />Connectivity Location Site Visits — Friday October 30, 2015 <br />Site Visit Report with Photos and Comments regarding proposed <br />Connectivity Locations. <br />It was decided that for each Connectivity Location the Tax Map Key (TMK) <br />and other information would be gathered to acquire the connection. A <br />narrative would be produced including this information and presented first to <br />the CER Subcommittee then to the Ad hoc Committee on Puna Connectivity. <br />• Update on meeting schedule with the following to gain support for <br />connectivity implementation: <br />• Representative Gabbard <br />• Senator Schatz <br />• Senator Lorraine Inouye, State Senate Transportation Chair <br />No meetings scheduled thus far. <br />New Business: <br />• Open Discussion on Topics of Concern to CERS members and others in <br />attendance <br />None <br />Next Meeting: December 22, 2015 Keaau Community Center <br />Adjournment: 6:35 p.m. <br />
