These <br />improvements will be focused on a 3-acre portion of the 1,642-acre Kekaha Kai State Park <br />situated at both Manini‘ōwali Beach and Mahai‘ula Beach locations, including improvements <br />within a 0.5-acre area situated within the 40-foot wide shoreline setback area.
