As we have previously discussed, Land Division <br /> commissioned this study to determine whether to demolish or rehabilitate the existing structures <br /> on the properties. In the course of his work,the architect identified a number of life and safety <br /> issues,primarily at Uncle Billy's Hilo Bay Hotel and Country Club,that we would like to bring , <br /> to your attention.
