OLSON TRUST NO. 2 (REZ 16-211) <br />Application for a Change of Zone from Agricultural -20 acre and Open zoning districts to a <br />Family Agricultural -1 acre (FA -la) zoning district affecting a total of approximately 39.68 <br />acres of land. The contiguous subject parcels are located on the east (mauka) side of <br />Wainaku Street, approximately 620 feet north of its intersection with `Amauulu Road, <br />Pu`ueo , South Hilo, Hawaii TMK: 2-6-008:026 and 027. <br />Continued to a later date. <br />2. APPLICANT: TRAM NGO (REZ 16-212) <br />Application for a Change of Zone from Single Family Residential -10,000 square feet <br />(RS -10) to General Commercial -10,000 square feet (CG -10) zoning district for 16,911 <br />square feet of land. The subject property is located on the west side of Kilauea Avenue <br />approximately 90 feet south of the West Lanikaula Street- Kilauea Avenue intersection, <br />Waiakea Houselots 2nd Series, South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-2-025:012. <br />Favorable recommendation to the County Council with amended conditions. <br />3. APPLICANT: EDWARD L. TORRISON (REZ 16-213) <br />Application for a Change of Zone from a Single Family Residential -10,000 square feet <br />(RS -10) to a Neighborhood Commercial -10,000 square feet (CN -10) zoning district for <br />approximately 11,642 square feet of land situated between Waianuenue Avenue and <br />Kaumana Drive at 875 Waianuenue Avenue, Pi`ihonua, South Hilo, Hawai'i, TMK: 2-3- <br />025:063. <br />Continued to allow the Applicant to address the concerns of the surrounding property <br />owners. <br />4. APPLICANT: KUKUIHAELE PLANTATION HOUSE LLC (Revoke USE No. 204) <br />Request to revoke Use Permit No. 204 originally approved on April 1, 2005 and issued to <br />World Healing Institute to allow the establishment of a children's convalescent facility on <br />approximately 31 acres of land within the Resort -Hotel -25,000 square -foot per unit (V-25) <br />zoning district. The area involves the site of the formerly proposed Trees of Kukuihaele <br />development located within Kukuihaele and makai of the Honoka`a-Waipi`o Road (Highway <br />240) and the old government road at Waikoekoe and Kanahonua, Hamakua, Hawaii, TMKs: <br />4-8-006:003, 013 & 069. <br />Continued to the next Windward Planning Commission meeting in December. <br />
