CALL TO ORDER <br />Ms. Kahakalau: Good morning. I'm calling the meeting for the Board of Ethics, <br />County of Hawai`i for March 15, 2017 to order. <br />2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br />Ms. Kahakalau: <br />We have a statement from the public....Mr. James Pacheco if you <br />could please come up and...it says here you are testifying in <br />regards to 2017-05. So you can come up...you are Mr. Pacheco <br />right? <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: Madame Chair. He decided not to testify after all. Is that correct <br />Mr. Pacheco? <br />Ms. Kahakalau: So okay no need? <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: Yeah I can advise the Board when we call the matter up to. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: So we don't have any statements from the public? <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: Nope. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: Thank you very much. <br />Mr. Pacheco: Thank you very much for your time. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: Have a good day.
